Loose Fat & Gain Strength

I started my journey at 83 kg: unfit, and unsure where to start.


I lost 23kg and found confidence through training. What began as a goal to lose weight turned into a love for lifting and performance.


I built strength, hitting a 150kg deadlift, 110kg squat, and 60kg bench, while staying lean and athletic.

Find Endurance

Despite being strong, I wasn’t fit. In late 2023 I could barely run 5 km, by April 2024 I’d completed my first marathon, and by October I cut 35 minutes off that time.


Fast forward to 2025, and I’m deep into training for my fourth marathon — pushing to take over an hour off my 2024 time and continuing to build on my 1:37 half marathon performance.

Train Hybrid

Now, I’ve found the balance between strength and endurance — competing in HYROX events across the UK and Europe, earning multiple podium finishes and continually improving my race times.

Through hybrid training, I’ve built the ability to perform across every discipline — from lifting heavy to running fast — and I help others do the same: build muscle, move better, and perform with purpose.

It’s not about choosing one path; it’s about becoming capable of it all.
